She brings a deep concentration in the financial services, professional services, academic, and broader not-for-profit sectors, and has worked with many leading organizations both domestically and globally.
Laura has experience being part of a team at leading global executive search firms, boutique firms, as an independent consultant building her own business, as well as experience in-house as a National Manager, Talent Acquisition with a high growth company, helping to build teams, systems and procedures to accommodate continued growth through M&A.
Laura prides herself on strong execution, a highly consultative client-service professionalism and her ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Laura has an undergrad degree in psychology coupled with an MBA in Finance.
