Sue has 20 years of recruiting experience working with executives across a variety of industries, with a strong focus in the technology and professional services sectors. As a champion of women in business, Sue co-founded Senior Women in Technology (SWIT), a grassroots organization that brings together senior women in technology to network, engage in professional development and listen to provocative speakers.
Previously, Sue was a Partner with Odgers Berndtson for 12 years, where she led the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice and was co-leader of the firm’s diversity initiative. Sue also led the recruiting function at Deloitte Consulting. Sue has conducted over 300 executive level and board searches. Her search experience is complemented by several years in technical and sales roles within the telecommunications sector.
Sue holds an Honours B.A. in Political Studies from Queen’s University. She has stayed involved with her alma mater through the years, sitting on their M.B.A. Advisory Board and working with young women of the Queen’s MBA program to organize ‘Women in Leadership’ events.
Active in the community, Sue has been involved with Easter Seals and the United Way over the years, and supported Sheena’s Place for over eight years as an active board member and Board Chair.
