A Candidate is an individual who is being considered by a Client for a specific opportunity, who has received information about that position, and who is qualified for and interested in the position; or in the context of a leadership assessment or executive performance evaluation.
A Client is an organization seeking to recruit or evaluate an Executive or Board Director, or, seeking other advisory services such as but not limited to board composition assessment, board evaluation, director evaluation, diversity and inclusiveness, and board succession.
Disclosing confidential Information
We provide a Candidate’s personal information to our clients in the course of working on a specific search project, and in such cases, your confidential information will only be provided with your consent.
Client information of a confidential nature is not disclosed, and any information provided to candidates in the course of working on a project, is only provided with the expressed consent of the client.
